There are explanations behind each questions to help you understand the material and should benefit you when you take the real test. If you take this book seriously, you will be prepared for the actual exam. This book is worth the investment.

I readthe ITIL V3 Exam Prep Questions, Answers & Explanations from beginning to end - first off, I was amazed to see just how well set up and organized this book is, it is also incredibly informative and helpful.
Study Guides can be hit or miss - with either too little or too much information (most of which you won't need) however, this book had it just right. Covering all the pertinent topics - with clear explanations, quizzes and practice exams - nothing was left out - and we also do not get lost in too many useless details. This book is set up by ITIL knowledge area -featuring test questions and explanations pertinent to each one. You don't have to keep going from the front of the book to reference one thing and another - its all well categorized ahead of time.
This book also has practice exams that are the exact same length of time as the actual ITIL Foundation exams (approx 1 hour each).
If you are looking for the most complete and pertinent informaton on this subject matter and are either a self studier or someone who is trying to perfect your knowledge base - this is the book for you.

This book by Christopher Scordo is the perfect example of the test that you will be taking when you apply for the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification. What`s great about it...you have a chance to get a head start by using the practice exam. It gets you into test mode and it helps with some of the answers you might get wrong. You can simply look them up and see what wording is used for the answer. It may the phrasing you might need to get use to. The prep exams are also set for the same timeframes, an hour. So time yourself so you will know if you have to speed up or if you need to slow down and give it the full thought necessary.
True, this is your field and you have been in it a while otherwise you wouldn't be sitting for the certification. Remember that when you first look at the test. You have been doing this for a long time. You have been studying for this since you bought this book titled "ITIL V3 Exam Prep Questions, Answers, & Explanations" book, you are prepared. This book is very helpful for anyone who is preparing for the IT Infrastructure Library certification. The guide is arranged in the same order as the ITIL knowledge areas which make it incredibly easy to use. The practice exams are perfect for gauging how well you will do on the actual certification exam. The practice exams are the same length, 1 hour, as the actual exam. The explinations after each practice exam will also clear up any trouble areas you may have.
