This is the best relationship book for all ages. Knowing what love language you speak is very important to understanding how to communicate your needs. This is also, important when speaking a love language to your loved one and how to have a successful, healthy, happy relationship.

This book really set the pace of my marriage. My husband and I read this book about 2 months into our marriage and what an eye opener.
